Shipping Policy

We aim to process and ship all orders within 48 hours (2 business days) after payment is confirmed.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your address and selected shipping method.
  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Address Accuracy
It’s your responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed or appears lost, please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number. If you need further assistance, you can also reach out to us at rerunaz11@gmail.com.

Damages and Issues During Shipping
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if any item is missing, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.


In-Store Pickup Policy

We offer a free in-store pickup option for local customers.

How It Works

  • Select In-Store Pickup at checkout.
  • You’ll receive an email confirmation when your order is ready.
  • Orders are typically ready for pickup within 1 business day.

Pickup Window
Mon–Sat: 8am – 12pm
(Please bring a valid photo ID and your order confirmation email.)

Holding Period
We will hold your order for 7 days after you receive the “Ready for Pickup” email. If your order is not collected within this timeframe, it may be canceled and refunded (minus a restocking fee if applicable).

Changing Pickup to Shipping
If you selected pickup but later need your order shipped, contact us at rerunaz11@gmail.com before the 7-day pickup window expires. Additional shipping fees will apply.

Damages or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order during pickup and let us know immediately if there are any issues.
