By using our website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Shipping Policy. 

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, services, and in-store purchases. By shopping with us—whether online or in person—you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Shipping Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

SECTION 1 - ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNT

By making a purchase, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when making a purchase, whether in-store or online.

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining its confidentiality and for all activity under your account. 

SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS

We specialize in authentic preowned sneakers, vintage streetwear, and curated apparel. While we strive to display items accurately, variations in color, fit, and wear may occur due to lighting, screen settings, and the preowned nature of some products.

All products are sold as-is with no guarantees beyond authenticity.

“Authentic” means items have been visually inspected and verified to the best of our ability; however, we do not claim affiliation with any brands unless explicitly stated. 

SECTION 3 - ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Please note: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do NOT offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason.

Once an order is placed online or a purchase is made in-store, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged.

Carefully review product descriptions, sizes, and conditions before purchasing.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept that all sales are final.

SECTION 4 - PRICING & PAYMENTS

Prices may vary and are subject to change without notice.

Sales tax and shipping fees (if applicable) will be added at checkout.

You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize all charges to your chosen payment method.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING & PICKUP
Orders ship within 48 hours (2 business days) of payment confirmation.

Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days, but delays caused by carriers are outside our control.

Free in-store pickup is available and is usually ready within 1 business day.

Once an order is handed over to the shipping carrier, RERUN AZ is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. 

SECTION 6 - IN-STORE PICKUP POLICY

For local orders:
You’ll receive an email confirmation when your order is ready.

Pickup is available during store hours (Mon–Sat  Daily: 8am–12pm).

Orders not picked up within 7 days may be canceled without refund.

RERUN AZ is not responsible for abandoned or unclaimed orders. 

SECTION 7 – AUTHENTICITY

We pride ourselves on selling 100% authentic sneakers and streetwear. All items are inspected and verified before being listed for sale.

SECTION 8 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, logos, and branding on this website and in-store are owned by RERUN AZ. You may not copy, distribute, or use our branding without written permission.

SECTION 9 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Our website may include links to third-party sites or tools. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or policies.

SECTION 10 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Our products and services are provided as-is without any express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee that your shopping experience will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. 

SECTION 11 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent allowed by law, RERUN AZ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your purchase, including but not limited to lost profits, lost shipments, or dissatisfaction with a product.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product. 

SECTION 12 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes will be resolved in courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

Before initiating legal action, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us first. 

SECTION 13 - CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services means you accept those changes.

Changes apply to future purchases only and do not affect previous transactions.
